North Texas Ranch Land by County

We help people buy and sell 100+ acre tracts across North Texas, county by county, and have for more than 25 years, through a lot of different markets and property types.

Bosque County Ranch Land

Bosque is one of the few North Texas counties where you still get native oaks, real elevation change, and enough grass to run cattle, without giving up a drive to DFW or Waco.

Hill County Ranch Land

Hill County sits on I-35 between DFW and Waco. You can run cattle, hunt and fish, and still be about an hour from Fort Worth or Dallas.

Navarro County Ranch Land

Navarro County is still big-tract country. Hunting, cattle, and working ranches around Corsicana, Dawson, and Navarro Mills, far enough off I-35 that you can actually operate.

Denton County Ranch Land

Denton County is where North Texas ranch land meets the DFW growth line. The tracts that matter here have road frontage, a realistic path to water and power, and enough acres to still operate, not just wait on a plat.

Hood County Ranch Land

Hood County is Paluxy River country. You get hills, creeks, and hunting cover, with Granbury and Glen Rose close and Fort Worth still an easy drive.

Somervell County Ranch Land

Somervell is a small county with real ranch ground. Glen Rose, the Paluxy, hills and cover, and Fort Worth still close enough for a weekend or a drive in.

Erath County Ranch Land

Erath is still a livestock county. Around Stephenville and Dublin you get Cross Timbers hills, native oaks, and enough grass to run cattle, with Fort Worth about an hour east, not in your backyard.

Johnson County Ranch Land

Johnson County is where Fort Worth growth meets real acreage. I-35W and the Chisholm Trail Parkway pull development down from Burleson and Joshua; the southwest still holds larger ranches, and the Brazos cuts the east side.

Wise County Ranch Land

Wise County sits northwest of Fort Worth. You still get oaks, grass, and room to run cattle or hunt, with a drive that works for people who need the metro but don't want to own inside it.
